Strawberry Freeze
12 Chocolate Chip cookies
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar, 1 can (12oz) frozen berry juice thawed
1 cup crushed strawberries
1 tub whipped topping thawed, strawberries halved for garnish.
ARRANGE cookies in single layer on bottom of 9 inch springform pan; set aside. BEAT cream cheese and sugar together with electric mixer in a large bowl. Gradually add juice, beating well after each addition. Stir in crushed strawberries. Add whipped topping with wire whisk. Pour over cookies in pan. FREEZE 6 hours until firm. Let stand 15 minutes.
